Welcome to Bridal Beauty Tribe. By booking our services or using our website at bridalbeautytribe.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES

Bridal Beauty Tribe provides professional hair styling and makeup artistry for weddings and bridal events in the greater Houston, Texas area. Our services include bridal hair, bridal makeup, bridal party styling, men's styling, and flower girl services. All services are subject to availability.

BOOKING AND DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service cost is required to secure your wedding date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received and the contract is signed.

The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before your wedding date. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of services.

Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation. Prices listed on our website are estimates and may vary based on your specific needs, party size, and location.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your booking, the following applies:

- More than 60 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable, no additional charges
- 30 to 60 days before the event: 50% of total cost is due
- Less than 30 days before the event: full payment is due

If Bridal Beauty Tribe must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all payments received and make every effort to help you find an alternative stylist.

TRIAL SESSIONS

Trial sessions (bridal previews) are charged at the full session rate and are non-refundable. Trial sessions do not reserve your wedding date — only a signed contract and deposit secure your date.

TRAVEL AND ON-LOCATION SERVICES

For events outside our studio at 5535 Weslayan St, Houston TX 77005:

- A minimum of 3 people receiving services is required for on-location events
- A base on-location fee of $65 per artist applies
- Travel fees are based on distance from our studio and are charged per artist
- Events requiring a start time before 8:00 AM incur a $100 early start fee per artist

BRIDAL PARTY CHANGES

Changes to your bridal party size must be communicated at least two weeks before your event. Adding services within two weeks of the event is subject to availability and may affect your timeline. Reducing services within two weeks of the event does not reduce the total cost.

DAY OF EVENT

Please ensure the following for the best experience on your wedding day:

- A clean, well-lit space for our team to set up
- All bridal party members arrive on time per the provided timeline
- Hair should be freshly washed and dried with no product
- Skin should be clean and moisturized with no foundation

Delays caused by late arrivals may affect the timeline for the entire party. We cannot guarantee completion of all services if significant delays occur.

TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number during the booking process, you agree to receive text messages from Bridal Beauty Tribe. Messages include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, preparation instructions, and day-of communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Our SMS service is provided by Twilio. Your phone number will not be shared for marketing purposes.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Our stylists and makeup artists are independent contractors. Bridal Beauty Tribe coordinates and manages all bookings, communications, and quality standards on their behalf.

LIABILITY

Bridal Beauty Tribe carries liability insurance for all events. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products. Please inform us of any known allergies during your consultation or trial session.

PHOTOS AND SOCIAL MEDIA

We may photograph our work during your event for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer your photos not be used, please let us know in writing before your event date.

DISPUTES

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the laws of the State of Texas. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal action.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
